UI/UX Designers for Mobile Apps
Apps that are simple to use, easy to love and ready to build.
People decide in seconds whether an app is worth keeping. If they can't figure out the first screen, they delete it. Good design is how you get past those first few seconds, and it's the cheapest place to fix problems, long before a line of code is written.
Mobile App Development Company Florida designs iPhone and Android apps for businesses and founders across the state. We're powered by The App Bros, a Fort Lauderdale studio with more than a decade of app launches. Our design team takes you from idea to wireframes to a clickable prototype to polished screens, with a user experience that feels smooth from the first tap.
Who your users are, what they need, and how apps like yours get used.
A map of every path through your app, from sign-up to the main task.
Simple layouts of every screen, so we agree on structure before styling.
Tap-through screens on a real phone for testing, feedback and investor demos.
Colors, type, icons and polished screens that match your brand.
Design files, specs and assets ready for development, by us or another team.

Deer's Eye View is an AI-powered app that shows hunters and anglers how their prey see the world. Modern Farmers is built for a new generation of farmers. My Tally Ho tracks dogs' speeds, times and points in Fast CAT competitions. Three very different audiences, three very different designs, each built around how its users actually behave.
Design starts with people, not pixels. We learn who your users are, what they're trying to get done, and where apps like yours frustrate them. Then we map the user flows: every step from opening the app to finishing the main task.
This is where we cut steps, remove confusing choices and make sure the most important action is always the easiest one. A clean flow is the difference between an app people use daily and one they open once.
Next come wireframes: plain, gray layouts of each screen. They let us settle what goes where before anyone argues about colors. Once the structure is right, we turn the wireframes into a clickable prototype you can tap through on your own phone.
A prototype lets you test the app with real people, spot problems early and show investors or partners exactly what you're building. You can see our work as it happens online and give feedback at every step.
With the structure locked in, we design the final look: colors, type, icons, images and motion. We follow Apple's and Google's design rules where they matter, so your app feels at home on each platform, and add your brand where it counts, so it doesn't look like every other app.
The goal is a design that's simple, memorable and easy on the eyes, with a user experience that stays smooth as the app grows.
Millions of people use their phones with larger text, screen-reading apps or high-contrast settings. We design for them from the start: readable text sizes, strong color contrast, clear labels for screen-reading tools, and tap targets big enough for every thumb. Accessible design helps every user, and it helps you avoid costly fixes later.
Already have an app that looks dated, confuses users or earns bad reviews? A redesign can turn it around. We review your current app, find where users struggle, and redesign the screens and flows that matter most, then build the update or hand it to your team.
Design is part of every build we do. If you want to start with design alone, the App Cost Finder prototype tier is the place to begin:
| Budget tier | Starting range | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Idea validation / prototype | $9.5k – $15k | User flows, simple screens and a clickable prototype |
Starting range, not a final quote. On a full build, design usually takes 15–25% of the budget.
A free consultation. We listen and get your idea out of your head and onto paper.
The look and feel of every screen. Watch the work happen online and give feedback as we go.
Wireframes, extra screens and a clear plan for how every feature works.
We build and test your app, then publish it on the App Store and Google Play.
We help you market your app and grow downloads after launch.
Because the same team designs and builds your app, nothing gets lost in handoff. When the design is approved, our developers build it, launch it on the App Store and Google Play, and help you market it.
A design-led prototype starts at $9.5k to $15k. On a full app build, design usually makes up about 15–25% of the total budget. Your price depends on the number of screens and how custom the design is.
Yes. We can design your app and hand over the files, specs and assets for another team to build. Most clients stay with us for the build, because one team keeps design and code in sync.
A clickable prototype usually takes a few weeks. A full design for a larger app takes longer, depending on the number of screens and user types. We give you a timeline before we start.
